"The Light In Your Eyes" is the long-awaited first CD by The Uptown Trio that features Swing, Be Bop, Ballads, Humor and original tunes. The arrangements are crisp and the vocals fluid. This album features the "favorites" as well as expanding the group's horizons by including an original solo piano piece "For Kim/Pondering" by Pianist Waz Lisek as well as a French jazz tune sung by Drummer Christian "Kiki" Dohy.
