This is a marvelous compilation for a very good cause, the Romanian Angel Appeal, which supports Orphanages and Children's Medical Facilities in Romania, where hundreds of thousands of children are homeless and parentless. The album was released in the late 1980s, 1989, I recall. It contains several otherwise unavailable tracks, notably The Traveling Wilbury's "Nobody's Child", a real tear-jerker that sums up the reason for the Romanian Angel Appeal, and the George Harrison & Paul Simon duet "Homeward Bound", that they performed on Saturday Night Live November 20, 1976. A must-have for Beatles/Harrison/Wilburys fans.
