I have no words to describe this superb music composed by Ariosti. The poetry, with its alllegory, describes the cycle of love, its flowering and fading. All this supported by great music, recorded in world premiere. The performers, the ensemble Musica Solare, soprano Laurie Raviol and mezzo Truike van der Poel are unknown, but believe me, did a great a job. Highly recommended.
