Marvin Taylor's play-along CD is excellent. From the energetic countoffs, to the real tracks with which you play, it is top quality. To make it more user friendly for the novice, some typical licks in notation and/or tablature would be nice. But, if you "get" the chord changes and already have some technique, it is an excellent play-along CD. The only reason that it doesn't rate 5 stars is that it is so 12-bar blues heavy that it's easy to get lulled into using the same shuffle pattern for tune after tune.
