Debut album by this extremely tight and melodic punk rock trio hailing from South Carolina. Rich vocals flow over winding and driving guitar medleys. Rhythms that occasionally flirt with hardcore tempos are mixed deftly into a solid power pop album that was critically acclaimed, but commercially ignored. Members of Guyana Punch Line, Self and Insult To Injury teamed up in 2001 to form Dade County Resistance. The three clicked instantly, crafting contagious, dynamic songs with pop sensibility and a sonic edge.
Recorded, mixed and mastered at The Jam Room by Jay Matheson (Frantics, The Queers, Antischism)
